Becoming a Vendor
Applying & Registering to Become a Vendor
You can contact the Coordinators to be placed on our mailing list at any time. Once the application process has begun, you will receive an application that needs to be promptly returned, or download a copy here. Should your application be approved, a registration form will be sent to you. You will have approximately 30 days to complete the registration process. Deadlines for registration vary, so contact the Craft Festival coordinators for those dates. You will then be mailed a confirmation letter approximately one month prior to the show.

Restricted Items
Although the Craft Festival is not a juried show, we do attempt to restrict all items exhibited to authentically hand-crafted goods. In order to maintain these standards, we restrict any items that are not hand-crafted by the vendor present at the show. Products including plants, potpourri, oils, musical instruments and audio recordings are restricted.
Special arrangements will be made for vendors selling edible items. Any edible items must be intended for consumption off premises.
If you use any University of Florida or Gator logos you must contact Debbie Gay at 352-375-4683 (ext. 6540) for Gator licensing rules.
