Current Vendor Information 

Fees (subject to change)                                             

$130.00 per booth (2 booth maximum)
$155.00 for corner/end booths
$20.00 for electric (per outlet, in advance)

Registration                                                             

If you were a vendor in last year's show, a Registration packet will be automatically mailed to you.  We give you priority placement, meaning that the booth space you had in the previous year is reserved for you again the following year should you wish to return.  If you want to change spaces from a previous year, you will need to indicate this on your registration form, and we will do our best to accomodate your wishes.  Finally, we must have a signed product registration on file prior to the start of the event.  Coordinators reserve the right to request removal of any products not listed on the registration.

REMINDER, this is an invitation only show.  Failure to follow the rules will result in forfeiture of future registration.  Future participation is at the discretion of the coordinators.

Confirmation Information                                         

Once you have mailed in your registration form with your payment, a space is reserved for you.  You will not receive additional written information until approximately one month prior to the show.  This information packet will include a receipt, load-in information and official confirmation.  As always, feel free to call or send email if you have additional questions.

Restricted Items                                                       

Although the Craft Festival is not a juried show, we do attempt to restrict all items exhibited to authentically hand-crafted goods.  In order to maintain these standards, we restrict any items that are not hand-crafted by the vendor present at the show.  Products including plants, potpourri, oils, musical instruments and audio recordings are restricted. 

Special arrangements will be made for vendors selling edible items.  Any edible items must be intended for consumption off premises.
