Driving Directions
From Orlando, Tampa or Tallahassee Airports (approximately 2.5 hours from UF)
- Orlando – Take the Florida Turnpike northbound. Continue until it merges with I-75 north and follow From I-75 directions.
- Tampa – Take I-275 northbound and continue until it merges with I-75 north. Follow From I-75 directions.
- Tallahassee– Take I-10 eastbound and exit onto I-75 southbound towards Lake City. Continue south and follow From I-75 directions.
From I-75
Take exit 387 (old exit #76), Gainesville / Newberry and make a right turn eastbound (you will pass the Oaks Mall on your right shortly afterwards). Follow Newberry Road, which eventually becomes West University Avenue, and continue on to make a right (south) turn at the light on Gale Lemerand Drive. Follow Gale Lemerand Drive a short distance to the first parking lot entrance on the right. Please keep in mind that the lot may or may not be open depending on the type of event and also University parking restrictions. Call ahead to Transportation and Parking Services at (352) 392-2241 for more information regarding restrictions or go to their website http://www.parking.ufl.edu/.
