| Feature Description: | On Thursday, October 25th, The Avett Brothers will be making a stop at the O'Connell Center as they continue their U.S. tour. The band just released their newest album The Carpenter on September 11. This is the seventh album the band has released to date. The Avett Brothers are originally from Greenville, North Carolina and have been together since 2000. The band utilizes a banjo, cello, and stand up base to create a unique sound, and their songs incorporate several genres of music including bluegrass, country, folk and punk. |
