Rent the Center
The Stephen C. O'Connell Center is a multipurpose facility located on the corner of Gale Lemerand Drive and Stadium Road on the University of Florida campus. It is used by the university and surrounding community for classes, recreation, and entertainment events. Additionally, the O'Connell Center is home to several varsity sports, including the Gator and Lady Gator Basketball, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Indoor Track, and Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving.
The O'Connell Center which covers 3.6 acres (approximately 296,000 sq ft.) is actually a building within a building. The outer perimeter houses an Olympic swimming pool, dance studio, gymnastics studio, and practice court around the 12,000 seat main arena. Located in the underground concourses on Level 1 are two weight rooms and a martial arts room.
