Make sure the electric scooters are placed within the marked area outside Gate 4 and not blocking the sidewalk, street, or sitting in the grass anywhere around the building. Check this each round you make. Please note if you had to move any into the marked area.

Note any rips, tears, stains or potential trip hazards. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.

Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Clean? Are vomitory curtains in good condition? Are both elevators working? Make sure to check the mezzanine as well. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.

200 Level: Crow's Nest locked? Catwalk locked? Video board doors closed & locked? Natatorium door closed & locked? Camera platform rails closed? General: Roof leaks? Any paint need a touch-up? Safety concerns?

Inspect entire building from a safety standpoint on your rounds. Any exits blocked? Exit signs working? Report any equipment, supplies, or tools that have been left out (please put away if possible).

Inspect these areas for general cleanliness and repair. Trash cans clean and in general good repair? Drains clear of debris? Walls, rails, roll up doors & signage clean and in good repair? Trash compactor area free of excessive debris? Hills free of trash? Do they need to be weeded or trimmed? Any lights burned out? Is the Galileo and lower/upper annex clean or need any repairs? Forklift propane tanks turned off? Is the West Lot Booth clean and the window in good condition?
