Monday – Friday: 12:00pm – 5:30pm
The University Box Office will be closed from Tuesday, August 29 – Wednesday, August 30 due to Hurricane Idalia. The tentative plan is to reopen on Thursday, August 31st at 12:00pm. Please check back for more updates.
All UF School of Theatre and Dance performance runs go on sale three weeks prior to the date of the first performance in the run. For a listing of all theatre performances, please refer to the above link.
Buyer Beware
Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing provider for the Stephen C. O’Connell Center.
With the rise in the number of “secondary ticket agencies / scalpers”, we have experienced an increase in the number of invalid tickets being presented at our entrance gates due to the rise in the number of “third-party ticketing sites”. The ONLY authorized ticket sales locations for the Stephen C. O’Connell Center are the following:
• O’Connell Center Box Office
• Ticketmaster.com
The O’Connell Center is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. Any invalid tickets will be confiscated by our box office.
Patrons who have purchased invalid tickets outside of the two authorized sales locations listed above are welcome to purchase valid tickets at the O’Connell Center Box Office – seating location and price based upon availability.
Refunds
There are NO refunds and NO exchanges on any ticket purchased for an event at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center or for the School of Theatre and Dance. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.
Florida Gators Athletics Tickets
Though the University Box Office does not sell any Florida Gators Athletics tickets, you will be able to purchase with the University Athletic Association Box Office located between gates 1 and 2 of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
