Thursday Maintenance Checklist

  • Make sure the electric scooters are placed within the marked area outside Gate 4 and not blocking the sidewalk, street, or sitting in the grass anywhere around the building. Check this each round you make. Please note if you had to move any into the marked area.
  • Hinges, push bars, closures, latches, locks and frames in good working condition?
  • Note any rips, tears, stains or potential trip hazards. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
  • Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Are vomitory curtains in good condition? Are both elevators working? Make sure to check the mezzanine as well. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
  • 200 Level: Crow's Nest locked? Catwalk locked? Video board doors closed & locked? Natatorium door closed & locked? Camera platform rails closed? General: Roof leaks? Any paint need a touch-up? Safety concerns?
  • Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
  • Any items that Jani-King should address when they arrive the following day. For example, dirty mirrors, full trash cans, any spills, etc.
  • Inspect the entire building from a safety standpoint on your rounds. Any exits blocked? Exit signs working? Report any equipment, supplies, or tools that have been left out (please put away if possible).
  • Faucets, sinks, urinals, toilets all function normally and without leaks? Do any lights need replacement? Any graffiti on walls? Do mirrors or stall partitions need repairs? Are paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers in good working condition?
  • Check doors to all rooms, kitchen, janitor’s closets, mechanical rooms, restrooms, arena, backdoor, elevator room and roll-up doors for proper working condition of latches, locks panic bars, closures, hinges, etc. Are they clean? Any touch-up painting needed? Check walls for damage to the paint, chair rails, carpeting. Floor clean and in good condition? Any new holes or cracks in concrete? Molding smooth without tears? Do any lights need to be replaced? Walls in good repair?
  • Does the floor need to be mopped or cleaned? Any marks or damage to the poured floor?
  • Make sure all doors/locks are working properly. Any damage to walls, doors, flooring etc? Do any lights need to be replaced? Damage to floor? Is the partition working properly?
  • Run the hot water for the sink and janitor sink. Make sure there is a little bit of water in each of the drains. Is there any drainage coming out of either grease trap? Are there any weird smells? Make sure the refrigerator's power switch is on and between 38 and 42.
