Daily checks - Electric Scooter Parking Area:* Make sure the electric scooters are placed within the marked area outside Gate 4 and not blocking the sidewalk, street, or sitting in the grass anywhere around the building. Check this each round you make. Please note if you had to move any into the marked area.
Daily checks - Exterior Glass Doors:* Hinges, push bars, closures, latches, locks and frames in good working condition?
Daily checks - Concourse Level Carpeting:* Note any rips, tears, or potential trip hazards. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
Daily checks - Concourse Level:* Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Are vomitory curtains in good condition? Are both elevators working? Make sure to check the mezzanine as well. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
Daily checks - Arena:* 200 Level: Crow's Nest locked? Catwalk locked? Video board doors closed & locked? Natatorium door closed & locked? Camera platform rails closed?
General: Roof leaks? Any paint need a touch-up? Safety concerns?
Daily checks - Service Level:* Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
Daily checks - Custodial Concerns:* Any items that Jani-King should address when they arrive the following day.
For example, dirty mirrors, full trash cans, any spills, etc.
Daily checks - List any possible safety hazards:* Inspect entire building from a safety standpoint on your rounds. Any exits blocked? Exit signs working? Report any equipment, supplies, or tools that have been left out (please put away if possible).
Focus areas - 00 & 100 Level Seats:* Check armrests and frames of chairs for damaged parts. Are chair backs and fold-down seats in proper working order?
Check accessible seating areas. Are the appropriate number of chairs in each section? Are the chairs secured?
Check retractable seats. Check understructure for any obvious problems with wheels, frames, etc. Lights behind the bleachers working? Are there any damaged or missing armrests? Do all the seats lock in place properly? Are there any seats that appear damaged or have missing connection bolts? Check all handrails for breaks in the welds. Inspect all screw down supports on portable stairs.
Focus areas - Center Court Club:* Make sure all doors/locks are working properly. Any damage to walls, doors, flooring etc? Do any lights need to be replaced? Check curtain for stains, rips and damage. Are the retractable doors clean?
Check both restrooms. Faucets, sinks, urinals, toilets all function normally and without leaks? Do mirrors or stall partitions need repairs? Are paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers in good working condition?
Check loge boxes and drink rail area. Are the counters in good condition? Is the area clean? Are the appropriate number of chairs in each area and are they secured?
