Daily checks - Electric Scooter Parking Area:* Make sure the electric scooters are placed within the marked area outside Gate 4 and not blocking the sidewalk, street, or sitting in the grass anywhere around the building. Check this each round you make. Please note if you had to move any into the marked area.
Daily checks - Exterior Glass Doors:* Hinges, push bars, closures, latches, locks and frames in good working condition?
Daily checks - Concourse Level Carpeting:* Note any rips, tears, stains or potential trip hazards. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
Daily checks - Concourse Level:* Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Are vomitory curtains in good condition? Are both elevators working? Make sure to check the mezzanine as well. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
Daily checks - Arena:* 200 Level: Crow's Nest locked? Catwalk locked? Video board doors closed & locked? Natatorium door closed & locked? Camera platform rails closed?
General: Roof leaks? Any paint need a touch-up? Safety concerns?
Daily checks - Service Level:* Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.
Daily checks - Custodial Concerns:* Any items that Jani-King should address when they arrive the following day.
For example, dirty mirrors, full trash cans, any spills, etc.
Daily checks - List any possible safety hazards:* Inspect entire building from a safety standpoint on your rounds. Any exits blocked? Exit signs working? Report any equipment, supplies, or tools that have been left out (please put away if possible).
Focus areas - Outside Entrances:* Sidewalk lights & blue column lights working? Parking lot/garage lights on? (Please check outdoor lights when it starts to get dark to ensure timers are correct)
General Cleanliness – Are trash cans & recycling bins clean and generally in good repair? Sidewalks free of trash? Walls, rails & signage clean and in good repair?
Planter Beds – Free of trash? Do they need to be weeded or trimmed?
Focus areas - Pool:* Make sure all doors are working properly. Any damage to walls, doors, etc. Check pool tiles and deck for damage. Are there any unattended items? Are all pieces of swim team equipment in the appropriate locations?
Check lifeguard and GSC offices. Are doors working properly? Any paint touch-ups needed? Clean?
Check downspout drains at each exterior exit. Are they clean and free of debris?
Focus areas - Locker Rooms:* Check 1125, 1170, 1230 (WGLR), 1235, 1265 (MGLR), and 1275. Check doors to all locker rooms for proper working condition of latches, locks panic bars, closures, hinges, etc. Check each room for damage to paint and carpeting.
Check each restroom and shower area. Faucets, sinks, urinals, toilets, showers all function normally and without leaks? Are curtains clean, any damage? Do mirrors or stall partitions need repairs? Are paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers in good working condition?
