Make sure the electric scooters are placed within the marked area outside Gate 4 and not blocking the sidewalk, street, or sitting in the grass anywhere around the building. Check this each round you make. Please note if you had to move any into the marked area.

Note any rips, tears, stains or potential trip hazards. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.

Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Are vomitory curtains in good condition? Are both elevators working? Make sure to check the mezzanine as well. Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.

200 Level: Crow's Nest locked? Catwalk locked? Video board doors closed & locked? Natatorium door closed & locked? Camera platform rails closed? General: Any trash? Roof leaks? Any paint need a touch-up? Safety concerns?

Lights out? Paint touch-ups needed? Please be very specific in terms of areas that need attention.

Inspect entire building from a safety standpoint on your rounds. Any exits blocked? Exit signs working? Report any equipment, supplies, or tools that have been left out (please put away if possible).

Check all entrances to the arena, natatorium, and elevators for proper working condition of latches, locks panic bars, closures, hinges, etc. Any touch-up painting needed? Check walls for damage to paint or signs. Check rails for damage. Remove any tape, string, etc. Are vomitory curtains in good condition? Are trashcans in appropriate locations? Check to make sure concession stand counters are clean and undamaged. Make sure to check the mezzanine as well.

Check armrests and frames of chairs for damaged parts. Are chair backs and fold-down seats in proper working order? Gum on seats? Check rails for damage and paint touch-up. Report any miscellaneous equipment on the 200 level.

Check disabled seating areas. Are the appropriate number of chairs in each section (use floor as reference)? Are the chairs secured?
