Men’s Basketball vs. LSU

We are off and running for the Gators in the SEC! Fresh off a road game with Vanderbilt, the Gators are set to take on the LSU Tigers inside Exactech Arena for their first SEC home game!

Men’s Basketball vs. Stetson

The 2019-2020 NCAA Basketball season ended prematurely, but the Florida Gators are back in action for the 2020-2021 season in Exactech Arena. The Gators will open up at home against the Stetson Hatters!

FALL VIRTUAL COMMENCEMENTS

As recommended by the State University System, all commencement ceremonies scheduled to take place on December 18th and 19th will now be held virtually. No commencement ceremonies will take place at the O’Connell Center.

Spring Undergraduate Research Symposium – Cancelled

This event has been cancelled. At this time there is no discussion of re-scheduling the date.

The Spring Undergraduate Research Symposium is a chance for students to present their research. All areas of research are accepted, and this is a great opportunity for students to present their summer work. Presenting at the symposium gives students valuable presentation experience, as well as a place to network and learn about research in a variety of fields.

Gate 1 doors will open for poster set-up at 11am.

Gainesville Sun Home and Garden Show – Postponed

Presented by the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) and The Gainesville Sun, the show will feature products and services related to home improvement, landscaping, remodeling, decorating and home sales. In addition to the many home and garden exhibits, the Home Show also includes informational seminars and how-to clinics.

The Home Show is unique in that it provides an opportunity for people to get new home improvement ideas, to have landscaping and remodeling questions answered and to see the latest home products all in one place and all at one time. This is an event you don’t want to miss!
